Safety is a critical part of all of our lives, it is important for us to understand what to do in Emergencies. ARIL asks its persons served to fill out this digital form to let us know what Emergency and Safety skills you know.

Once completed, you will receive an email copy of your form. You will also be required to sign a digital or physical form that confirms that you have been encouraged to fill out the ARIL Emergency Preparedness.
