As a mother of 2 children and experienced caregiver, I find my role as a DSP with ARIL both fulfilling and rewarding as I am able to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others with special needs and disabilities. My experience in caregiving and working with autistic kids and young adults has deepened my passion for empowering those I support to reach their goals, become more independent and enjoy fulfilling lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my kids while enjoying the outdoors and keeping active with nature hikes, muay thai, and salsa dancing.
